The parking heater is an on-board heating device independent of the car engine, and has its own fuel pipeline, circuit, combustion heating device and control device, etc. It can preheat and heat up the engine and cab of a car parked in a low temperature and cold environment in winter without starting the engine. Completely eliminate the cold start wear of the car.
Clean the parking heater regularly. In summer, the temperature is high and the air humidity is high, which will easily lead to corrosion and water accumulation inside the parking heater, which will affect its normal operation. Therefore, car owners need to regularly disassemble the parking heater for cleaning, remove the dirt and scale, and keep the interior clean and dry. At the same time, also pay attention to cleaning the air inlet and outlet of the parking heater to ensure that it is unobstructed.

2: The heater should be tested before use. During the trial run, carefully check all connections for leaks and safety conditions. If there is thick smoke emission, abnormal combustion noise or fuel smell, the heater should be turned off and the fuse should be disconnected so that it cannot operate. It can only be used after being overhauled by professionals
3: Before each heating season, an inspection must be carried out by qualified professionals, and the following maintenance work should be carried out: check whether there is pollution and foreign objects in the air inlet and outlet; clean the outside of the heater; check whether there is rust and looseness in the circuit joints ; Check whether the intake pipe and exhaust pipe are blocked or damaged; check whether there is any leakage in the fuel pipe
4: When the heater is not used for a long time, it should be run once every 4 weeks, each time for about 10 minutes, the oil pump and combustion air fan, etc. to prevent the machine and components from malfunctioning (solid death)
5: The air inlet and outlet of the heater must be kept free from blockage and dirt, so that the warm air duct is unobstructed to prevent overheating failure
6: When replacing low-temperature fuel, the heater should be operated for at least 15 minutes to inject new oil into the fuel pipeline and fuel pump
7: When welding the car, the positive line of the heater's power supply should be removed from the battery and grounded to prevent damage to the controller.
8: During the transportation and storage of the heater, the ambient temperature should not exceed -40°C~-85°C to prevent damage to electronic components.
