Diesel Parking Water Heater
The parking heater is an on-board heating device independent of the car engine.
It has its own fuel pipeline, circuit, combustion heating device, and control device.
Without starting the engine, the car engine and the cab parked in the low temperature and cold environment in winter can be warmed up.
Completely eliminate the cold start wear of the car.
Scope of application
5KW water heating heater is suitable for engine preheating and interior heating of various cars, vans, minivans, passenger cars and various large vehicles.
Machine principle:
The main motor of the heater drives the plunger fuel pump, the combustion-supporting air fan and the atomizer to rotate. The oil pump sends the sucked fuel to the atomizer through the oil pipeline. The atomizer mix the air sucked by combustion-supporting air fan and atomized by fuel oil in main chamber through the action of centrifugal force. The air is ignited by the hot glow plug, and fully burned and then folded back in the rear combustion chamber. Through the inner wall and the heat sink above of the water jacket, the heat is transferred to the medium in the water jacket inter layer - the coolant. After heating,the medium circulates through the entire pipeline system under the action of circulating water pump (or heat convection) to achieve the purpose of heating. The exhaust gas burned by the heater is discharged by the exhaust pipe.
Installation
1. Installing the water pump
First you need to install the water pump and fix it to the engine. When installing the water pump, you need to pay attention to the direction of rotation of the water pump to ensure that it rotates clockwise.
2. Installation of the radiator
Install the radiator on the front of the vehicle, connected to the engine. When installing the radiator, you need to pay attention to the position of the radiator to ensure that the length of the water pipe between it and the engine is appropriate to ensure smooth flow of coolant.
3. Installation of the water tank
Install the water tank at the front of the vehicle, connected to the radiator. When installing the water tank, you need to pay attention to the location of the water tank to ensure that the length of the water pipe between it and the radiator is appropriate to ensure the smooth flow of coolant.
4. Installing the water hose
Connect the water pipe to the water pump, radiator and water tank to ensure that the water pipe is firmly connected and there will be no leakage. When connecting the water hose, you need to pay attention to the length and curvature of the water hose to ensure the smooth flow of coolant.
5. Install a water thermometer
Installing a water thermometer can help car owners find abnormal engine temperature in time, so as to take timely measures. Generally, the installation location of the water temperature gauge is the upper part of the engine water pipe.
